1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and typically delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is completed and access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on a specific product's sales page.

We encourage you to review each product's description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, reach out to us before buying.

2. Membership and Subscription Cancellations

If a product involves recurring billing (e.g., a membership or subscription), it can be canceled at any time.

> Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.

> You will retain access to that product through the end of the period you've already paid for.

> No partial-period refunds are issued for early cancellation.

To cancel, email us or use the cancellation option in your account, if available.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 14 days of the charge with your order details. We will review and correct genuine billing errors.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in suspension of your access to products and any community spaces while the matter is resolved.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While all sales are final, we understand exceptional situations happen. If something has gone wrong on our end (a broken download link, a duplicate order, a technical failure preventing delivery), please reach out — we want to make it right.
